International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days.

4. Shipping Fees

If a package is marked as "delivered" by the courier but the customer has not received it, they must contact the courier service directly. We will assist in investigations where possible, but we are not responsible for missing shipments after delivery confirmation.
7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable shipments.

Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address will require the customer to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
